Do I need an appointment? Walk-ins are welcome, but calling or texting (786) 322-3109 ahead of time can minimize wait time.

What are your hours? Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm. Weekend appointments available by request.

All fees include digital transmission to FDLE. No hidden fees. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and money order.
Confirm Your ORI Number
You must bring your ORI number to your appointment. Your ORI is provided by your employer or licensing agency.

Track Your Results
How long until results? Most background checks are commonly reported within approximately 2–7 business days after fingerprinting — not guaranteed; times vary by case, agency, and workload. AHCA Clearinghouse: commonly reported within approximately 2–5 business days, based on typical applicant feedback.
How do I track my status? Use your TCN number at fdle.state.fl.us/TCN-Status.
What if my prints are rejected? Contact us at (786) 322-3109. Sky Bright LiveScan re-prints rejected submissions at no additional charge.
