Bring a Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
You must bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include: Florida driver's license, Florida state ID card, U.S. passport or passport card, military ID (active duty, dependent, or retired), or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
Your ID must not be expired. Student IDs, employee IDs, credit cards, and social security cards are NOT accepted as primary ID for Live Scan fingerprinting.
Make sure the name on your ID matches the name you use on your application or licensing paperwork. If your name has changed (for example, after marriage), tell the technician so your submission information matches your requesting agency's records.
Bring Your ORI Number
You must provide the correct ORI (Originating Agency Identifier) number for your fingerprinting submission. Your ORI is provided by your employer, licensing agency, or HR department.
Without an ORI, we cannot submit your fingerprints to the correct Florida agency. If you are unsure of your ORI, call us at (786) 322-3109 before your appointment — we can help verify common ORI numbers.
Prepare Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Pricing: AHCA/FDOH: $105. APD/DCF: $90. DOEA: $85. DOE/DBPR: $90. FLHSMV/FLOFR: $80.
We accept: cash, credit card, debit card, and money order. Personal checks are not accepted. Exact change is appreciated for cash payments.
Optional but Helpful
Your employer's contact information: In case we need to verify your ORI, having your employer's HR name and phone number speeds up the process.
Your license application number: If you're applying for a state license through DBPR, DOE, or another agency, your application number can be included in the submission for easier tracking.
Your TCN from a prior submission: If you've been fingerprinted before for the same ORI and need a re-print, bring your previous TCN and rejection notice if applicable.
Tips for a Smooth Appointment
Hydrate before your appointment — this improves print quality for people with dry skin.
Avoid applying hand lotion immediately before your appointment — it can coat the scanner.
Wash and dry your hands before arriving.
Call ahead at (786) 322-3109 to confirm availability, especially if you're visiting without an appointment.
Arrive 5 minutes early if you're a first-time visitor.
